Return Policy

If you're not entirely happy with your online purchase, returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in original, new condition. Please be aware that sale items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Rings that are resized are final sale. Domestic shipping for returns is complimentary.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be free from signs of wear or damage.

  • Not be engraved, altered, or resized.

  • Include a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Jewelry by Marsha reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria or are sent after the 10-day period. For online orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Returns are processed within two business days.

Pre-Authorizing Your Return

Contact us at 305-932-7333 or returns@jewelrybymarsha.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which will be emailed to you after verifying that your item is eligible for return.

Packaging Your Return

Package your return securely, including the sales receipt and original packaging.

Shipping Your Return

We will provide you with a shipping label via email. You may schedule a pickup with UPS or drop off the package at any UPS location.

Upon receipt, our Returns Department will inspect your items. Once approved, we will issue your refund or process an exchange promptly, typically within two business days.

In-Store Returns

For purchases made at our Miami store, returns must be processed in person at the store location.
